RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for ordering from Emolyne Cosmetics. If for any reason your order is not quite right, please get in touch with our customer services team on customerservice@emolyne.com who will be happy to assist you.

Please note, we are only able to accept the return of items in an unused or faulty condition within 30 days of purchase. Items must have been purchased directly from emolyne.com; we are unable to return items from third party websites or sellers.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES – TERMS & CONDITIONS 

For reasons of health and safety we will only be able to offer a refund or exchange on unused items.

Please note that we can only refund return delivery charge if the item we sent you was faulty or we sent the wrong item. (Please include a return delivery receipt)

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 30 days of our notification.

If you have requested an exchange or replacement on your Returns note, this will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery.

If you choose to order a replacement item which is the same price as the item you originally ordered, then we will send you your replacement item without any additional delivery cost. If you choose to order a replacement item which is a different price to the item you originally ordered, we will contact you to confirm that your order has been refunded and to arrange payment for the replacement product.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
