RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for ordering from Emolyne Cosmetics. If for any reason your order is not quite right, please get in touch with our customer services team on customerservice@emolyne.com who will be happy to assist you.

Please note, we are only able to accept the return of items in an unused condition if the item is faulty, or in the instance that the incorrect item was received, within 30 days of purchase. Items must have been purchased directly from emolyne.com; we are unable to return items from third party websites or sellers.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES – TERMS & CONDITIONS 

For reasons of health and safety we will only be able to offer a refund or exchange on unused items.

Please note that we can only refund return delivery charge if the item we sent you was faulty, or if we sent the wrong item. (Please include a return delivery receipt)

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used, and must be within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available, and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 30 days of our notification.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
