2022 has come to a close (we know, we can’t quite believe it either), and what an amazing year for Team Emolyne it has been. We’ve had some major ups, some logistical nightmares, and some very long days, but overall we’ve had a pretty great time.

NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH: GLOSS LIP
Back in June, we launched our first new product – and first new product category – since launching Emolyne in 2020. These luscious, high-shine, plumping glosses have already become a staple in 12 of our favourite shades.
Our first 6 shades were released just in time for summer and were an offering of our bestselling nudes and reds in gloss form – peachy, pinky tones of nude and vibrant, shocking reds. Since then, we have launched our winter collection, with a further 6 shades in deep and rich shades perfect for colder months – or all year round, if that’s what you prefer.
OUR FIRST POP-UP: STYLIST LIVE
Last month, we had our very first pop-up at Stylist Live at the Old Truman Brewery. We had makeup artists on-hand to help customers find their perfect shade and a photobooth to take some snaps of their new look. We showcased our new packaging for the very first time and got to meet so many of you! Look out for our next exciting pop-up in 2023!
THE PHOTOSHOOT: GLOSS LIP IN DUBAI
Working with an amazing photographer, we were able to create our favourite campaign to date on Nikki Beach. We captured incredible images and filmed our gloss launch video and had a lot of fun in the process – if you haven’t seen it yet, make sure you check it out.

We have been featured in some of our favourite and most reputable publications, from ELLE Magazine and SheerLuxe, to Sunday Times Style and The Telegraph – and many more in between! Our products were even used on the cover of Arabian VOGUE.
We’re honoured to have had our products recognised and recommended by publications we have always admired. It will always be a pinch me moment when we turn the page to discover Emolyne.
THE COLLABORATION: EMOLYNE x NATAAL
In June, we hosted an event at Langan’s Brasserie in Mayfair to celebrate the launch of our new Gloss Lip and our collaboration with African Media company NATAAL. A fabulous drinks reception was followed by a wonderful dinner, after which we moved upstairs to the party. The turnout was phenomenal, with industry professionals from Lisa Eldridge to Charlotte Mensa, and DJ sets from some of the absolute best. It was a night we won’t soon forget!
THE AWARDS CEREMONY: THE BEAUTY AWARDS WITH ASOS
Ok, so we might not have won. But, we were very proud to be nominated in two categories at The Beauty Awards with ASOS – ‘Most Inclusive’ and ‘Make-Up Must-Have’ – amongst some of the biggest brands in the world. To be recognised alongside some of our favourite products was a proud moment for us all.
THE EVENT: LONDON FASHION WEEK
Seeing Emolyne products on the runway at London Fashion Week was a huge milestone! We were stunned by the looks created backstage by super skilled makeup artists for the likes of Isabel Manns, Sarah Regensburger and Helen Anthony. This look (right) by Cassie Lomas was one of our favourites – it’s Gloss Lip in Zanzibar.
THE TAKEOVER: EMOLYNE x TOWNHOUSE
To celebrate National Nail Polish Day, we took over London’s ultimate nail destination, Townhouse in Fitzrovia. Our 2-day event was a hit with many-a-mani having taken place – some of our favourite influencers and beauty journalists came in to find their perfect shade and, ultimately, our red shades proved most popular. We hope to collaborate with other salons in future to give you an opportunity to get to know our products.
Last but certainly not least, we can confirm that from next year you will be able to purchase our products online at Sephora! This is so exciting for us and we couldn’t have done it without you. This will be the first retailer we will have worked with – and it’s a whopper!
